‘Human happiness is founded upon spiritual behaviour.’
Abdu’l Baha

Stepping into Happiness
There is a simplicity to what is required to be spiritual; it is putting spirituality into practice in your life that requires effort.
We must let go of prejudices and negativity towards self and others.
As we work on releasing our negative ways of thinking and being, we are stepping into detachment from our ego self and learning to develop our divine self.
I can help you on this journey of detachment.
These courses are for people with a faith or a spiritual outlook on life.
I use writings from the Bahai Faith; working with you on a regular basis through discussion, prayer and meditation.
In person or online, individuals or groups.
This is a journey of stepping into happiness!

Abdu’l-Baha was the son of Baha’u’llah, the founder of the Bahai Faith.
He lived his life according to his fathers’ teachings.
‘…when the interior of a reed is empty and free from all matter, it will produce beautiful melodies; and as the sound and melodies do not come from the reed, but from the flute player who blows upon it, so the sanctified heart of that blessed being is free and emptied from all save God, pure and exempt from the attachments of all human conditions, and is the companion of the Divine Spirit. Whatever he utters is not from himself, but from the real flute player,
and it is a divine inspiration.’
‘Anybody can be happy in the state of comfort, ease, health, success, pleasure and joy; but if one will be happy and contented in the time of trouble, hardship and prevailing disease, it is the proof of nobility…’
